These Terms of Service govern your use of EazyCreatives' website and services. EazyCreatives is operated by EazyCreatives LLC. By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. We serve individual and business clients worldwide, including in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and beyond. It's your responsibility to confirm that using a service like ours is permitted under the laws and any professional or institutional policies that apply to you.
EazyCreatives provides content strategy, writing, editing, and consulting services delivered as individual projects or through an ongoing wallet balance you can apply to future work. Scope, deliverables, and deadlines are confirmed in writing (through your order, brief, or a written agreement) before work begins, and that confirmed scope, not general marketing on this site, defines what's included.
Prices are listed and charged in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We accept payment by major debit and credit cards and other methods shown at checkout, processed through third-party payment providers; we never store your full card number. If your card or bank is based outside the US, your bank may apply a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee; that's between you and your bank, not a fee we add. Late or failed payment may result in work being paused until resolved.
You agree to provide accurate project information, respond to requests for feedback in a reasonable time, and ensure you have the rights to any materials, brand assets, or content you supply us to work from. Delays caused by late feedback or missing materials on your end may extend your project timeline.
Upon full payment, you own the final work product delivered for your project. Until then, deliverables remain our property. We may reference completed work in our portfolio or marketing unless you request otherwise in writing, and we'll always keep any confidential or sensitive details out of any such reference.
Revisions within the scope confirmed at the start of your project are included. Requests that go beyond that original scope (a different topic, a substantially larger deliverable, additional formats) are treated as new work and quoted separately.
We treat project details, business information, and any materials you share with us as confidential, and we don't disclose them to third parties except where needed to deliver the service (for example, to a specialist working on your project) or where required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EazyCreatives' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project in question. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Either party may end an engagement before work begins; see our Refund Policy for how cancellations and refunds are handled once work is underway. We may suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to EazyCreatives LLC in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of where you access our services from. We encourage resolving any dispute informally by contacting us first, wherever you're located.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above; continued use of our services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
